helping countries develop their
labor market strategies. David is
responsible for Governmental
and International Affairs at
Manpower, and routinely
advises the governments of
Egypt, China, Vietnam and the
UAE, as well as the Crown-Prince of Serbia and the City of Shanghai. He is
also an Advisory Board Member for the US
Department of State and CIETT.
David is a regular speaker at high profile events
including the World Economic Forum Annual
Meeting in Davos, the OECD, the United Nations,
European Parliament, UK Parliament and House of
Lords Select Committees, US Congressional and
Senate committees and at various prestigious
international business schools.
